Ingredients

  • 1 slice of white bread

  • 1 tomato, sliced

  • 1 egg, fried to preference

  • green pepper, sliced

  • Salt & pepper

Directions

  • Place the piece of bread on a plate and top it with the sliced tomato and green pepper
  • Fry the egg to preference and sliced it onto the bread stack.
  • Season with salt and pepper
  • Throw on some herbs
  • Tuck right in!
