  • Sushi Bakes: The Perfect Solution For 420 Munchies

Sushi Bakes: The Perfect Solution For 420 Munchies

Sushi Bakes seems to be the latest gastronomic trend in home kitchens. Just like banana bread and Dalgona coffee, Sushi bakes have been around since the early days of lockdown. The sushi bake craze went viral and started showing up on social media feeds in early 2020. The dish has all the hallmarks of food concoction waiting to be brought to a potluck… remember those?!?

    What is a sushi bake?

Warm, rich and creamy, a sushi bake has all the components of the classic Californian Roll but is baked in a casserole pan! The dish consists of layers of rice, Furikaki (Japanese rice seasoning), a mixture of cooked salmon, mayo, cream cheese, and fish roe. Once baked, cooled and set, portions are scooped up and served with seaweed.

    The Origin Of Sushi Bakes

Stats from Google trends show that sushi bakes showing up in searches from Guam in the Mariana Islands and the Philippines as early as 2005. Further investigation, however, shows that the concept of baked sushi might have started in Canada of all places. More specifically, in Manitoba. On this graph, “sushi bake” has a higher concentration of interest, meaning more Canada citizens knew about it than the graph of the Philippines and Guam.

The earliest sushi bake recipe proof to be from The Tasty Island by Pomai, dating back to January 14, 2011.

    Quarantine’s Hottest Food Trend

The sushi bake craze resurfaced in 2020 when a celebrity nail artist in the Philippines’s side hustle turned into a viral sensation. During the Covid pandemic lockdown somewhere in April 2020 Mimi Qui Reyes started selling this dish to local celebrities. It was an instant hit and spread like wildfire amongst their fans and followers. The rest is viral history!

    ROBERT NESTA MARLEY

Robert Nesta Marley was born on 6 February 1945 to 18-year-old Cedella Marley. His father, Norval Marley was already middle-aged when he married Cedella and although he provided financial support, Bob was only five-years-old when he saw his father for the last time.

Bob and Bunny Wailer, Neville Livingston, were making music together from a young age. Their journey of musical exploration deepened when Cedella gave birth to a little girl that was fathered by Bunny’s father. The pair befriended Peter Tosh and dropped out of school to in their early teenage years, rather focussing on music. The initial intention was to create a vocal harmony group, as none of them could play an instrument at the time. Joe Higgs played a massive role in developing the crew’s vocal harmonies and teaching Bob how to play the guitar.

In 1966 Bob married Rita Anderson and moved to the United States for short while, where Bob worked as a lab assistant and assembly line worker. Bob adopted Rita’s two children, from her previous marriage, and had four kids of their own. The Marley clan grew by five more kids that were born from other women.

    Bob and Rita Marley

The Marley family relocated to London in 1979, following an assassination attempt on Bob at his home in Jamaica. The politically motivated attempt on his life left him with minor wounds in the chest and arm, but could not stop him from performing a scheduled concert to a crowd of 80 000 attendees. When Bob was questioned about his determination he explained; “The people who are trying to make the world worse aren’t taking a day off, how can I?”

    CANNABIS
    Sharing the gift of Cannabis

Bob Marley considered cannabis to be a healing herb, a sacrament of sorts and an aid to meditation. He started par-toking when he converted to the Rastafari faith in 1966 and fully supported global legalization of cannabis. Bob was once arrested in London and spent a month in prison when he was caught with cannabis. He believed that cannabis use was prevalent in the Bible and often preached on the vitality of marijuana in religious growth, connecting with Jah, philosophising and becoming wiser.

“When you smoke herb, herb reveal yourself to you. All the wickedness you do, the herb reveal itself to yourself, your conscience, show up yourself clear, because herb make you meditate. Is only a natural t’ing and it grow like a tree.“

    MUSIC

Bob Marley has a distinctive vocal and songwriting style with a sense of Rastafari spirituality. His music is a fusion of elements from the reggae, ska and rocksteady genres. Bob Marley and the Wailers produced 13 studio albums, six live albums, 11 compilations and six remix albums. Legend – The Best of Bob Marley and the Wailers is the top-selling reggae album of all times, spending 1126 weeks on the Billboard 200 and Pop Catalog Albums charts.

    GLOBAL INFLUENCE

Bob was and is posthumously a global figure in popular culture, and he increased the visibility of Jamaican music and culture on a global scale. In 1979 he released the politically charged album; Survival, which reflects his support for the struggles of African people. The same year, at a festival in Boston, Bob showed strong opposition to the South African apartheid regime. Bob was invited to perform at the annual Zimbabwean Independence Day celebration in 1980.

    ILLNESS

Bob was diagnosed with Acral Lentiginous Melanoma, a deadly kind of skin cancer, in 1977. He refused to have the cancer-stricken toe amputated because of his religious views and concerns the procedure could affect his performing career. Instead, the nail and nailbed were removed and covered with a skin-graft from his thigh.

Two days before Bob was scheduled to perform his final concert he collapsed while he was jogging in Central Park. The cancer that started in his toe had metastasized and spread throughout his body, to his brain, lungs and liver. At the time Marley was given an estimated life expectancy of just a month. He sought treatment at a clinic in Germany where he underwent alternative cancer therapy.

After eight months of unsuccessful treatment, 36-year-old Bob set out on his final journey to his home in Jamaica. His health deteriorated rapidly and he died shortly after the connecting flight, to Jamaica, landed in Miami on 11 May 1981. His final words to his son, Ziggy Marley, was “Money can’t buy life”.

    Bob Marley received a state funeral in Jamaica on 21 May 1981. His final eulogy was delivered by the then Prime Minister of Jamaica; Edward Seaga;
“His voice was an omnipresent cry in our electronic world. His sharp features, majestic looks, and prancing style a vivid etching on the landscape of our minds. Bob Marley was never seen. He was an experience which left an indelible imprint with each encounter. Such a man cannot be erased from the mind. He is part of the collective consciousness of the nation”

    ACCOLADES

Time Magazine named Exodus the Album of the Century in 1977, a year after Bob Marley and the Wailers was crowned Band of the Year by Rolling Stone. In 1978 Bob Marley was awarded the Peace Medal of the Third World by the United Nations, for his part in the fight for peace and justice in third-world countries.

Bob Marley was posthumously honoured with a designated Order of Merit, which is the highest honour afforded to civilian citizens in Jamaica. He was inducted into Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994 and ranked at number eleven on Rolling Stone’s 100 greatest artists of all times ten years later. Bob Marley received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2001, the same year he received a Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award.

  • CBD Oil Keeps Strawberries Fresher For Longer

CBD Oil Keeps Strawberries Fresher For Longer

Fruit preservation can be added to the long list of benefits and uses of CBD oil. This after a study showed that dumping CBD oil on strawberries keeps them fresher, extends their shelf life and stops mold growth.

Researchers at the University of South Florida tested the antimicrobial effects of CBD by dousing strawberries in CBD oil after they’d been harvested to find out if it would reduce microbial growth and extend the fruit’s shelf life.

    The Study and Results

Strawberries were evaluated for visual quality and microbial load before and during storage. Results from this study showed that CBD oil was effective at maintaining the visual appearance of strawberries when compared to the fruit that was not treated.

There was also a significant reduction in the microbial load that the fruits carried if they were treated with CBD, versus those that were not. That resulted in less mold and yeast production.

    Conclusion

Strawberries treated with CBD oil had better overall quality compared to non-treated fruit. While the study focused on strawberries, the findings indicate that CBD oil has promising potential as an antimicrobial treatment to fresh produce in general.

Extending the life of strawberries at home

To achieve the extended freshness, researchers stored the CBD-treated strawberries at 1 degree Celsius for 8 days and 10 degrees Celsius for to 8 days. The results show that CBD oil has the potential to be used by consumers at home as an effective antimicrobial treatment and to prolong the life of strawberries.

  • How Marijuana Affects Your Driving

    How Marijuana Affects Your Driving

All good citizens are well aware that drinking and driving is a terrible idea but can the same be said when it comes to driving stoned? With increased medicinal and recreational use, researchers are doing their best to provide cannabis lovers with a solid understanding of how the usage of marijuana can affect pets, job performance, and most importantly, ones driving.

There is really a lot of disagreement when it comes to cannabis safety, especially with regards to human performance and impairment. In an interview with News-Medical Life Sciences, a Doctor of Sam Houston State University discusses why cannabis impairment is challenging when it comes to instituting limits like we have established with the alcohol 0.08.

We now have the ability, from an analytical standpoint, to detect lower levels of cannabinoids, and we also have the ability to identify and quantify other cannabinoid markers. With sensitive instrumentation this allows us to assess cannabinoids in emerging fluids and tissues like umbilical cord and oral fluid.

Dr. Madeleine Swortwood of Sam Houston State University

    Oral Fluid Drug Testing

Cannabis remains the most common non-alcohol drug that is involved in driving under the influence cases. As we see an increase in medicinal use, decriminalization and recreational use, the public no longer sees cannabis as a safety or an impairment issue. The doctor, however, advises to keep those things in mind and educate citizens. She suggests that more research go into oral fluid drug testing, both from a roadside standpoint for things like drug-impaired driving, or even workplace drug testing. People are a lot more willing to provide an oral fluid swab or a saliva swab than they are to provide a urine cup or have a phlebotomist take a blood sample.

While cannabis is still illegal in many countries across the globe, many individuals and governments are embarrassing the plant’s benefits. It’s therefore important to continue to manage the effects that cannabis will have on impaired driving and workplace safety. Just because something is legal does not mean that it is safe for someone to use all the time. Just like you would not drink at work or drink and drive, we really need to have that same type of approach for cannabis. Further research is needed to work out the amount of weed that is dangerous and what exact effect it has on driving ability.

    Driving on CBD

Small doses of CBD appear to have no significant impact on driving, according to first-of-its-kind research published the Journal of the American Medical Association. The results should reassure people using CBD-only products that they are most likely safe to drive, while helping patients using THC-dominant products to understand the duration of impairment.

  • Planning A Post Pandemic Pot Party – A Cannabis Inspired Celebration For Any Occasion

Planning A Post Pandemic Pot Party – A Cannabis Inspired Celebration For Any Occasion

With Covid in the air, we are all creating and getting used to a “new normal”. The world is different now! Life, as we knew it, has been turned upside down. Many people have turned to cannabis to ease the anxiety and depression brought on by the global pandemic. We are firm believers that every cloud has a silver lining. The silver-lining? A Post Pandemic Pot Party! It doesn’t matter what the occasion, incorporating a cannabis theme and Bud Bar to your party plans is sure to leave a playful grin on every guest’s face!

Post Pandemic Pot Party Picnic and Smoking Pipes

Blazy Susan is best known for their signature pink rolling papers and spinning rolling trays! Owner, Will Breakell is on a mission to move cannabis consumption from the garage into the home space. He believes getting high is a ritual that should be celebrated and enjoyed with your loved ones, not pushed aside as something to hide or be ashamed of. In a recent interview with Westworld, he describes the “Blazy Bar” as a cannabis consumption bar that is a fairly new concept in the world of cannabis and makes for a great addition to any get-together.

    Bud Bar

Having a dedicated space to offer your guests all the goofy-goodies is very much the same as having a bar at any event. The area is set up to present the available spliff strains and concentrates as well as the smoking devices needed to inhale them. It is a good idea to have a budtender on-hand to educating and assist your guests.

    Budtender

You may have come across this addition to the job market, or perhaps you have scrolled past an online course advertised on the internet? A budtender is a cannabisseur or herbalist who assists customers or guests with selecting a strain of marijuana, advising on consumption methods and dosage recommendations. A good budtender will be able to give you information on the available strains as well as what to expect in terms of flavours and effect. Having someone knowledgeable to assist will put first-timers or inexperienced smokers at ease and encourage them to try something new.

Post Pandemic Pot Party Cannabis Flowers and Joint

Hosting the ultimate Post Pandemic Pot Party is simple once you have a knowledgeable budtender to assist with the marijuana menu. There are several THOUSAND strains to choose from to offer at your smoker’s shindig. You will have to make sure the party venue is 420 friendly and that all the guests have been informed about the puffing nature of the bar offering.

    Just In Case

It is a good idea to have some sublingual CBD products on hand in case any space cadets find themselves flying a bit too high. The terpenes in black pepper and citrus are also known to reduce the effects of the psychoactive cannabinoid THC. Having a whiff of lemon peel or crushed pepper will safely help ganja glutens down from their high if they get uncomfortable.

Hosting a Post Pandemic Pot Party is a fun way to keep the mood light and the atmosphere happy. You can have fun with the token theme and incorporate cannabis elements to the decorations and catering. If you are planning your wedding you could consider a dress made from hemp, a bud bouquet for stoner brides, a cake laced with the devil’s lettuce or cannabis-inspired party favours.

  • Crayfish Benedict With Zolonnaise Sauce

    Crayfish Benedict With Zolonnaise Sauce

Glam up your mornings with a Crayfish Benedict that will make you feel like royalty and get you high. Crayfish Benedict is a spin on the traditional Eggs Benedict that replaces bacon with crayfish. Served on an English muffin with a poached egg and zolonnaise sauce, this is homemade luxury at its best!

    History of The Benedict

Traditional Eggs Benedict at Delmonico’s Restaurant in New York

Whoever thought of this perfect breakfast or brunch dish certainly deserves a pat on the back! Turns out there are a couple of theories.

The earliest record traces back to the Delmonico’s Restaurant in Lower Manhattan. Some claim that chef Charles Ranhofer came up with the combination in the 1860s when Mrs. LeGrand Benedict, one of the regular diners, grew bored of the menu and wanted something new. His recipe, which he dubbed Eggs a la Benedict, was published in his cookbook in 1894.

Another legend attributes the creation of the Eggs Benedict to Lemuel Benedict. After a night of drinking in 1894, Benedict wandered into the Waldorf Hotel in Manhattan and ordered a few components of this dish. Seeing this order come through, the maître d’, Oscar Tschirsky, recognized how tasty it could be and added the dish to the menu. If this story is true, Tschirsky would be a pretty prolific creator, as he is also developed the Waldorf salad.

One more thing to note: Tschirsky also worked at Delmonico’s right around the time eggs a la Benedict started to become popular.

    How To Boil Crayfish Tails

Don’t be intimidated if you don’t know how to cook crayfish tails. All you need is a large pot of boiling water to pop the tails in. Cook for 8-9 minutes, remove from the water and let stand on kitchen paper to drain. Use a pair of scissors to cut open the shell and the meat will pop out. It seriously couldn’t be easier!

    Reefer Madness

Top 10 Stoner Movies - Reefer Madness 1963 Movie Poster

This American propaganda motion picture was intended to scare kids away from the “dangers” of “the gateway drug” marijuana. Many consider it the first “real” Stoner film. The movie revolves around the theatrical chain of events set off by a bunch of high school students who agree to try marijuana for the first time. The melodramatics include a hit-and-run, murder, suicide, conspiracy, attempted rape and hallucinations ending in a final descent to madness. All because of their marijuana “addiction”!

    Stoner Film

What makes a comedic movie a Stoner film? Well, firstly you will relate to some or all of the stoner characters. The sub-genre is classified as films where cannabis is one of the main themes, inspired much of the plot or simply when Mary Jane is consumed recreationally. We believe a good Stoner film should represent the cannabis culture, be rewatchable and ROFL hilarious! Our list of the Top 10 Stoner Movies checks all these boxes.

  • This Indoor Cannabis Grow Controller Will Help You Stay On Top Of Your Crop From Anywhere In The World

This Indoor Cannabis Grow Controller Will Help You Stay On Top Of Your Crop From Anywhere In The World

Planning for indoor cannabis grow can be stressful. From doing research to gathering snippets of advice from growers with the greenest fingers, shopping for and purchasing the best equipment and of course choosing the strain! The last thing any grower wants to experience is not having total control over their grow operation. If only there was an Indoor Cannabis Grow Controller that could do it all.

A South African software developer has just the answer! In conjunction with Application Framework Pty Ltd, Ruan de Kock has produced an innovative product that will keep an eye on your indoor grow when you can not. The SASH controller features six plug points that are controlled from a mobile application with predetermined rules and real-time adjustments. The controller also comes with a camera so you can check in with your plant babies whenever from where ever, as well as a temperature and humidity sensor to keep things under wrap.

Indoor Cannabis Grow Controller Inventor Ruan de Kock

Ruan de Kock from SASH took the time to answer some questions we had about the IoT-Controller and why indoor growers should consider using the SASH-IoT to take full advantage of their Indoor Cannabis Grow Controller.

What challenges did you face with your indoor cannabis grow that prompted the creation of the SASH controller?

When I started to grow indoors, I found it very difficult to configure my devices to behave like I wanted them to behave, always finding that I would have made different decisions if I was sitting next to the grow as it happened.
Simple timers and relays did not do the trick and it felt like I was losing out on possible control, just rather leaving everything on, always hoping that it will work.
Not knowing what was happening when I was not at home proved very frustrating, as I did not know the high/low temperatures when I was not present to investigate myself and did not know the cause of problems.
Having to keep a grow journal manually with only the information I knew about felt like I was missing out and was not capturing the complete picture and was never able to go back in time to properly investigate problems.
Always having to remember to take a picture of my grow with my phone camera and then losing the images, was a big challenge.

What is your background in software development in conjunction with indoor growing?

I have been developing software for more than 20 years, nothing directly for indoor growing, but a lot with customers that have unsolved problems who require solutions that fit their needs.
I am also a part-time inventor that has developed solutions for everyday problems I have found, like begin able to flush my toilets with rainwater and with the flip of a switch go back to municipal water.
The first version of SASH was a personal invention I did for myself so that I could do indoor growing at the same level as I do other projects.

How did your personal experience influence the product we now know, as SASH?

Being a developer and inventor, I have high expectations for things I do myself. The needs I experienced during indoor growing fed directly into the product development of SASH.
Also being away from home working and going away for weekends, I could make SASH give me proper feedback and the ability to change behaviour while remote.
Everyone wants to show their friends their progress, I always had old images when wanting to show friends, but as the SASH Controller comes with a camera where images can be captured and uploaded to your journal, having up to date images to show friends was very important.

Can you tell us a little more about SASH and why you believe it’s a valuable tool for indoor growers?

With a SASH Controller, the grower can program more detailed rules for the controller to execute automatically, which is much more in-line with what they wanted.
    For instance;
    – Keep different minimum temperatures during day and night.
    – Put a fan on only 25% of the time when the plant is small and does not need it, but escalate the percentage automatically if it becomes too hot.
    – Decrease the extractor fan usage when the heater is on so not to extract all the hot air.
    – With an integrated clock backup battery, the SASH Controller restores time automatically after a load shedding, so there’s no updating needed when load shedding has hit.
    – Getting feedback about problems on your phone in time for a grower to react accordingly. The grower can configure alert criteria that can notify them when it happens on their mobile application.
    – SASH automatically uploads the captured images, temperature and humidity readings to the cloud and attaches them to your journal. Being able to keep a detailed grow journal where a grower can refer back to any day and see what the temperature and humidity was during that time and also add their own information can be very valuable in investigations.

Let’s Get Baked On Chocolate Cake

Chocolate cake has its own day and rightfully so! On 27 January the world celebrates Chocolate Cake Day, giving cake and chocolate lovers a legitimate excuse to indulge in a slice or two. With so many different levels of richness and variations, there is no shortage of options, making chocolate the most popular kind of cake.

    History of Chocolate Cake Day

Chocolate cake has been with us since 1764 when it was discovered that grinding cocoa beans between heavy stones produced cocoa powder, which could then become chocolate. 60 years would pass before Conrad Van Houten, a Dutch chemist and chocolate maker, discovered a method that mechanically extracts fat from the cacao liquor which produced cacao butter. Long story short, this man is the reason that chocolate is actually affordable.

Getting Baked On Chocolate Cake Recipes and Varieties

    black forest cake
Black Forest cake is a chocolate sponge cake with a rich cherry filling based on the German dessert Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte, literally “Black Forest Cherry-torte”.

The first verifiable recipe for chocolate cake appeared in Eliza Leslie’s 1847 cookbook. The actual formula, however, wasn’t quite the same as the cake we know today. Leslie’s recipe called for chopped pieces of chocolate inserted into a plain sponge, instead of adding cocoa powder to the mix itself.

Over the years, cookbook authors such as Maria Parloa added their own twists on the chocolate cake. First came the frosting, followed by the inclusion of de-fatted cocoa powder into the batter mix. After that came a range of chocolatey fillings, designed to make the dessert even more delightful.

Today, there are so many moist chocolate cake recipes out there, but this one is hands down the best. Why? Apart from the fact that it’s infused with cannabutter, this recipe uses simple and easy to find ingredients. It’s moist and decadent, with rich chocolate flavours. Just as a heads up, go easy on the amount of marijuana you use. A little bit goes a long way and no stoned citizen can resist a second slice.

  • Cannabis Indica vs Sativa, Are They Really Different And Is There Truth To The Widely Accepted Anecdotal Evidence?

Cannabis Indica vs Sativa, Are They Really Different And Is There Truth To The Widely Accepted Anecdotal Evidence?

Everyone remembers the first time they par-toke in the pleasures of Mary Jane. Whether you are a seasoned spliff smoker, an occasional puff-puff-passer or brand new to the ever-evolving environment of cannabis; you are familiar with the Indica vs Sativa conversation. Cannabis strains have historically been divided into three distinct categories; Indica, Sativa and hybrids. Advisory tales have been told about the relaxingly sedative effects of Cannabis Indica and the energized creative reaction from Cannabis Sativa.

    Cannabis Taxonomy

Cannabis Sativa was first classified by Carl Linnaeus in the 1750s. He studied plants that were cultivated across the European continent. Linnaeus was of the opinion that Cannabis Sativa was monotypic, meaning the genus only contains one species with no subspecies. Later in 1785 Jean-Baptiste Lamarck published a description of another species of cannabis, based on his study of plants he collected from the Asian continent. Lamarck noted Cannabis Indica was better utilized as an inebriant as the plant fibres were of poor quality.

    Indica vs Sativa

You might be familiar with the widely accepted anecdotal evidence suggesting that Indica strains deliver a heavy body high. Whereas its Sativa counterpart will pack an energetic and creative punch. The truth is most modern strains contain characteristics of both Cannabis Indica and Cannabis Sativa, rendering this classification system outdated. Modern technologies have allowed cannabis strains to be tested at a molecular level to determine the cannabinoid makeup and ultimately the effect it may have on the user. Regardless of whether you are a medical or recreational user, there are several thousand cannabis strains, each with a different cannabinoid makeup. Every single person has a unique endocannabinoid fingerprint that will uniquely react to a specific strain’s cannabinoid makeup.

The anatomy of Cannabis Sativa is a taller slim plant with thin, light-green fan leaves. The Cannabis Indica plant is shorter, bushier with woody stalks and broader, darker fan leaves. Cannabis Ruderalis is an auto-flowering plant believed to have adapted to thrive in cooler parts of the globe. Growers and cultivators cross-breed strains to highlight the best of the two chosen parent strains. It is not possible to guess a plant’s biochemical content based on the height, branching of leaf morphology.

    Cannabinoids

Cannabinoids are the naturally occurring compounds in flowering cannabis plants. There are at least 144 identified cannabinoids found in cannabis flowers. THC, CBD and CBG are the most well-known. THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid that creates the feeling of being ‘high’. Although THC is known for its anxiety-inducing effects in some users, it assists with pain management, insomnia and depression. CBD can counteract the anxiety brought on by THC and has a whole myriad of health and wellness benefits.

The environment a growing plant is subjected to will affect the cannabinoid makeup. Factors like temperature, humidity, soil, nutrients, sunlight and altitude all affect the quality and quantity of cannabinoids in the flowers.

    Landrace Strain

A landrace by definition is a strain that originated and adapted to its native environment. Only landrace strains can truly be classified as either 100% Indica or Sativa. There are thousands of cannabis strains, most created by cultivating plants to produce flowers with a certain cannabinoid and terpene makeup. A grower could decide to bring the best of two strains into one super-strain. A cannabis company may want to cultivate a strain that represents their brand. Whoever it may be or for whatever reason, you can create a strain that has the exact cannabinoid ratio and terpene flavour profile you desire!

    Entourage Effect

Cannabinoid and terpenes work in harmony to create the Entourage Effect. The state where all the molecular components in the cannabis work together to create a unique harmonized endocannabinoid experience for the user.

All marijuana that is sold legitimately should have laboratory test results available on request, there are also home test kits available to test the potency of your pot.

    Categorisation

Despite the shortcomings with the Indica vs Sativa grouping, it is still the classification of choice in the cannabis industry. A new system is needed to globally classify cannabis based on the cannabinoid makeup and terpene profile. The onset of systematic global legalization will ensure funds become available for research into cannabis and its classifications. Making it easier for users to choose a strain with a specific expected outcome or effect based on their own endocannabinoid system and tolerance.

So remember kids, when choosing the strain for you, simply considering if the strain is Indica vs Sativa dominant will not give you an accurate indication of the effect it may have on your body. Use a trial-and-error system to experiment with strains with different cannabinoid makeups to find a strain with the effects you desire. Once you have mastered the cannabinoid ratio, you can start experimenting with different terpenes to experience the varying effects they may have.
